Candidates for the Quick & Mini Facelift

The ideal candidate for the Quick & Mini Facelift is patient who is 40-55 years old with mild jowling and mild upper neck skin laxity. Unlike a traditional facelift, the Quick & Mini Facelift incisions are shorter with less skin undermining. Less skin undermining means less bruising, less swelling and a decreased risk of nerve injury. Another key features of this procedure is the method of resuspending the underlying loose skin tissues (SMAS) to insure that the results are long lasting. The procedure takes about two hours to do, and it can be performed under local or iv sedation. Recovery is about one day. Most patients feel that they can return back to work in 3 to 7 days.
